A fully planned and resourced scheme of work on Spreadsheet Modelling. Includes 8 x 50 minute lessons (if you have an hour, time can be built in for logging-on/saving etc.)
All student files should be put onto a shared drive. Students also need printing facilities in order to produce a portfolio of evidence for marking.
The unit develops students’ ability to write formulae, use functions and create charts. Generic assessment linked to the unit is also included in the student work booklet.
This is perfect for any Computer Science lesson and can easily be mapped against the new KS3 programme of study. Ideally taught to year 8, it would also suit a year 7 group or a lower ability year 9 class.
